300 meters from the Neamț Monastery is the place where, say the locals, “the saints rejuvenate, renew, the elders live through the church”. Fixed in the middle of nature, it is said that the church was built in 1846 for the old monks who spent the last years of their lives here and has the shape of a nave with an eastern apse and a tower. Today, the building is a continuation of older buildings, and has a special fresco painting.
