Reservation of bison and carpathian fauna „Dragoș Vodă”

Established in 1968, when the first bison were brought from Poland. Over time, the population of bison has increased or decreased. Currently there are 7 bison in the reservation that can be seen by the curious. Next to the largest European land animal, in the small zoo, you can see deer, wild boars or various colorful birds.
The protected area covers a surface of almost 12 ha. In addition to the zoo and the relaxing natural setting, tourists can also enjoy the 3 ponds, some of them for fishing.
